If my dentist refers me to a specialist who is not in the network, do I still get the savings and benefits?

No. You will only receive the savings and other benefits of a Moonlight Graham membership if you go to a dentist, specialist or other dental care provider who is contracted with Moonlight Graham and participating in the Moonlight Graham network. You can ask your doctor or dentist if he/she could recommend one of the participating specialists in the Moonlight Graham network.

*Estimated savings are calculated from the difference between the each dental practice’s existing billed (retail) rates and the negotiated, agreed on lower fees for dental care services approved for Moonlight Graham dental savings club members.

The plan provides discounts at participating dental care providers for services. The plan does not make payments directly to providers. The member will receive a discount from participating dental care providers, and the member is required to pay for all the dental care services received from the provider.
