Can I go to a dentist or dental office that does not participate in the network?

You may go to any dentist or dental office of your choice, however; you will not receive any of the savings or other benefits of being a Moonlight Graham member if you go to a dentist or dental office not participating in the Moonlight Graham network.

*The four (4) Moonlight Graham special dental care bundles (above) are available at participating dental practices and offices who have agreed to provide these specials to members in addition to the other contracted savings for members. *Estimated savings are calculated from the difference between the each dental practice’s existing billed (retail) rates and the negotiated, agreed on lower fees for dental care services approved for Moonlight Graham dental savings club members.

The Moonlight Graham dental savings club is NOT insurance. This is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This is not a Medicare plan. The plan provides discounts at participating dental care providers for services. The plan does not make payments directly to providers. The member will receive a discount from participating dental care providers, and the member is required to pay for all the dental care services received from the provider.
